Fundraising and Proceeds
Leading up to the homecoming weekend, the Chesley Homecoming Committee is collecting sponsorships and hosting events to raise funds to support the substantial up-front costs of hosting a large, multi-day homecoming event for the community to enjoy (rentals, deposits, inventory, advertising, signage and much more). With the support of the community, businesses, and corporate sponsors, we hope to raise sufficient funds to offset all expenses.
Once the homecoming weekend is wrapped and all the money is counted and bills paid, all additional funds will be distributed to needs throughout the community. We recognize there are several worthwhile causes, and the Homecoming Committee will create a selection process to determine where funds will go. A sum of money may be retained in a Homecoming account as seed funding for the next Homecoming in 2030.
If you are interested in sponsoring Chesley Homecoming 2025, please see our sponsorship page for more details on our sponsorship packages. Donors will be recognized in a number of ways leading up to the event and over the weekend.
